You have 21 days to make a return for an exchange or store credit. If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund.

We do not provide samples. Our goal is to be as environmentally friendly as possible and we don't want to add additional waste to the world or provide products to our customers that they haven't asked for.

We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. Given the fact that our products are meant to be used on your skin and body they would be considered contaminated after being opened. 

So glad you asked! Our subscription box is a quarterly subscription that is shipped directly to your door. Each box is filled with 4-6 products that are exclusively scented products you can't find anywhere else in the store. Additionally, we include a throwback product or a brand new, never before sold product in each box. We test out a lot of our new ideas in the subscription box and our subscribers love having that first look access into what we're doing behind the scenes at Earthly Elixirs. 

We process all orders on Monday's and have USPS pick them up every Wednesday. If we forget to post date the shipping day and you get your notification on a Monday, don't fret, have patience and know your order will be on it's way to you on Wednesday.
